This 3D model set features the M111 hand grenade and the XM112 practice grenade, faithfully recreated with attention to real-world design and proportions. The M111 is a modern U.S. Army hand grenade designed for combat use, while the XM112 is the inert blue training version used for practice and handling drills. Together, they represent both operational and training variants commonly seen in military environments.
Both models were created with a focus on accuracy and clean topology suitable for games, simulations, and visualization projects. I modeled the assets in Autodesk Maya, textured them in Substance Painter, and rendered them in Marmoset Toolbag to achieve realistic material definition and presentation.
Each model is approximately 8,000 polygons and uses one texture set, making them efficient for real-time applications while maintaining strong visual fidelity.
